Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is driven to train the future generation of Biblical counselors. He is a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of several online publications and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three kids.
