Cassandra Monique Batie, professionally referred to as Andra day, is an American R&B singer-songwriter. Alongside a Grammy Award and Golden Globe Award she has also been nominated for an Academy Award. Andra Day, a talented singer-songwriter with roots in blues and gospel music who has a flair for the contemporary world, is not just an R&B throwback expert. Her ability to combine her jazz influences with gospel and the blues into the R&B genre is impressive. She started her career on TV series like Orange Is the New Black 666 Park Avenue and Blue Bloods. Her debut in film was when she appeared as Allyson in the horror show Halloween. Andi matichak was an American actor who was born in Framingham on the 3rd of May 1994.
